About the opportunity

Due to continuous client demand throughout the central west region of New South Wales, we currently have an opportunity for a full-time Physiotherapist to join our friendly and supportive Home & Community Care team based at our Orange NSW office.

Reporting directly to the Area Manager for the region, you will be responsible for providing physiotherapy services to our clients who are recipients of a home care package. Key responsibilities assisting our clients may include:

  • Developing and implementing physiotherapy programs and services specific to client needs as well as completion of functional assessments/reassessments
  • Supporting clients to achieve their agreed goals enabling client resilience and independence
  • Management and maintenance of referral and client waiting list including working on the post-hospital program
  • Development and maintenance of referral pathways to other relevant services

About you


You are an exceptional team player with a high level of energy and enthusiasm that thrives on helping others. You will have a Bachelor of Physiotherapy or equivalent and current AHPRA registration. Specifically, you will be able to demonstrate:

  • Previous experience in a clinical, aged-care or community environment
  • Experience conducting health screening and functional assessments
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients
  • Strong time management and ability to prioritise
