OUR CLIENT

Our client, a well-known health organisation located in Dubbo, NSW is seeking applications for a part-time Webster Packer. The successful candidate will be passionate about customer satisfaction and healthcare. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic and fun working environment whilst furthering your experience in the retail health industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Pack weekly and month Webster Packs
• Provide excellent customer service both face-to-face and over the phone
• Request scripts from doctors
• Provide superior, up to date information on products
• Maintain administrative requirements
• Provide assistance to the dispensary team
• Adhere to medicine provision policies and procedures

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Previous customer service experience in health or medicine
• Outstanding communication and presentation
• Strong administration skills
• Willingness to work a rotating weekend roster  
• Strong work ethic and time management skills
• Be available to work Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and rotating Sundays
