We are seeking a Return to Work Coordinator who is looking for that next challenge and desires a diverse path of career progression to come on board.  This is a non billing role.  

As a Return to Work Coordinator, you will be a local resource working for one of our key accounts, based from their new head office based in Sydney CBD.  You will be providing specialised injury management support to staff for Personal Illness and Workers Compensation injuries. You will immerse yourself in our clients working culture collaborating closely with internal departments to provide holistic support for all employees. You will be responsible for driving outcomes, achieving results while being exposed to industry leading well being initiatives and practices.
  
This is an autonomist role which allows you to manage your workload as you desire ensuring that all tasks are completed to an exceptional standard.

We are looking for an experienced professional who is able to effectively manage the requirements of this diverse role, including receiving and actioning new incidences  within the required time frames, meet with employees face to face, carry out ergonomic assessments, create return to work plans and manage cases effectively. 

Our Ideal Candidate:

• 12 months' minimum RTW/Injury Management/Case Management experience;
• Show initiative to achieve results;  
• Requirement to travel to various sites mostly within Sydney;
• Current Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain);
• Sound communication skills;
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking & problem solving;
• Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude & positive approach; and
• Genuine commitment to continuous improvement.
