Reporting to the General Manager, the primary function of this role will be to promote contract human resources solutions to a wide range of pharmaceutical clients by establishing and developing effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the pharmaceutical industry. This is an excellent role offering career progression and the opportunity to work for an innovative and fast growing company.
The Role:
- Build relationships with key stakeholders across the pharmaceutical industry
- Identify new opportunities within the pharmaceutical industry and provide flexible, innovative tailor made solutions
- Work collaboratively with senior managers within our organization
- Design proposals to address the needs of clients
- Present proposals to pharmaceutical company clients.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Medical, scientific and or business degree qualification preferred.
- Past experience in a similar role in business development.
- A background in the pharmaceutical industry would be highly regarded for example sales management or product management.
- A passion for success teamed with an ambitious and driven personality.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- An ability to think creatively to provide innovative and tailor made solutions to business issues.
