About the Role
We are looking for a Registered Nurse to join our team in the position of Clinical Team Leader. The role will be responsible for leading our treatment room and our chronic disease clinic.
You will have a passion for patient centred care, continuous quality improvement and be able to work collaboratively with our entire team.
This is a part-time role with a limited amount of flexibility in regards to the hours and days worked.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Triaging our patients and prioritising emergency situations.
- Assisting with minor procedures such as lesion excision, assessments and plastering.
- Performing ECGs and other tests such as spirometry and audiograms.
- Monitoring of clinical outcomes.
- Venepuncture.
- Wound dressings/removal of sutures.
- Chronic Disease Management (Health assessments/Care plans)
- Management of patient clinical data.
- Monitoring and reporting on stock levels within the Treatment Room.
- Immunisations
You will have:
- Current RN AHPRA registration.
- A minimum of two years Practice Nurse experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to multi-task
- Previous care plan/health assessment experience desirable.
