This market leading organisation has experienced rapid growth resulting in a unique leadership opportunity to be instrumental in the success of a number of brand new, contemporary and stylish facilities.
Your new role
This is a very unique opportunity for an experienced Facility Manager to work across a number of new facilities. As the Facility Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day operational management and leadership of the facilities. Responsibilities will include:
- Staff recruitment, management and training
- Financial management in correlation with operational budget
- Continuous improvement of the facilities in line with organisational values
- Sales and marketing of the facility
- Commitment to delivering the highest level of resident care.
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience as a Facility Manager within Aged Care will lead to your success. Your experience will include:
- AHPRA Registration as a Qualified Registered Nurse
- Tertiary qualification in business/resource management is desirable
- Management and support of staff
- Strong focus on leadership and customer service
- Excellent time management skills
- Previous experience using complex computer systems
