Executive Director THE HOBART CLINIC MIND HUB COURSES & PROGRAMS This senior role reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and is part of the executive team that oversees the implementation of the organisations strategy and service delivery. The Hobart Clinic is a not-for-profit private mental health service that consists of an inpatient Clinic, Mind Hub community service and two medical consulting suites. We are experiencing a period of rapid growth in demand for services and we have a number of major strategic projects underway. We treat conditions such as anxiety, depression and addictions. The ED Commercial manages a small team that provides corporate services, hospital billing, accounts, payroll, health fund contracts, risk and compliance and IT services. You will have formal qualifications in finance and/or accountancy with a growth mindset and dynamic approach to develop the financial and corporate capabilities of the business You will need to demonstrate the following competencies: Experience in leading a finance and/or corporate services team; Ability to support managers with budgets and financial management Capital management planning, cashflows and business cases Developing financial business systems and processes Knowledge of IT or ability to gain Reporting to the CEO and Board on financial performance Experience in a health/human services environment would be an advantage.
