Calvary Riverina Hospital is a fully accredited health care facility which comprises 125 bed acute medical and surgical private hospital, 32 bed Drug and Alcohol treatment centre and 11 bed  day surgery facility. It is located in central Wagga Wagga within a large health precinct. 

 

We are currently recruiting for the role of Clinical Coordinator within our Periopertive Services Department which consists of 5 operating theatres on the main campus and 3 operating theatres within our Day Surgery Centre.

 

About the role

The successful candidate will responsible for the daily coordination of operating theatres, ensuring effective allocation of human resources and ensuring staffing and skill mix allocated to each session meets requirements. 

 

Selection Criteria

  • Current registration with AHPRA
  • Minimum of 5 years Perioperative experience
  • Post Graduate Perioperative qualifications
  • Thorough knowledge of ACORN Standards
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Computer literacy
  • A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation
