We are looking for an experienced Part time Dental Receptionist for our family dental practice in Endeavour hills,vic.
We are committed to provide high quality dental care and we are developing our systems and customer service standards to be the best they can be and are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic person, who loves to learn, grow and strive for excellence. Our practice has 4 chairs - 4 dentists with different areas of interest + OHT and a hygienist.
The main focus of this role is on reception for 2 days to start with and possibly more days in future.
Duties include:
-Maintaining and implementing front office systems
-Scheduling appointments
-Managing payments including medicare
-Handling Telephone enquiries
-Patient telephoning; confirming appointments, follow up new patients and assist with any queries, recalls
Skills Required:
-min 1 years experience in dental reception/admin.
-Knowledge of oasis software is preferred
-knowledge/experience in accounting is an advantage
-Office skills, eg MS Word, Excel ,PowerPoint preferred
-Multi-tasking, speed and Ability to prioritise is essential.
-Exceptional Customer service skills
-Strong work ethic and self-motivated
-Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
-Outgoing and enthusiastic, Caring and compassionate.
-Professional and friendly phone manner
