We are an online business specialising in sports medicine and the future of modern medicine. We're looking for an enthusiastic consultant to join our friendly sales team on a full-time basis. It's a busy office role working under guidance of the Team Manager and Business Owner. You will be provided the opportunity to work alongside health care professionals in your day-to-day duties. Previous experience within a sales, sports medicine, or personal trainer role is definitely an advantage. A high level of on the job training is provided.
The role involves managing the day-to-day operations of the business:
- Answering incoming calls and responding to general enquiries via phone, email or chat.
- Providing excellent customer service over the phone and in person.
- Building rapport and making recommendations to new and existing clientele based on their requirements
- Processing daily orders
- Communication and collaboration with other team members
- All other general administration duties as required.
To be considered for this role you must have the following:
- Prior sales experience is highly desirable
- A keen interest in sports medicine is required
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team and individually.
- Strong multitasking and problem solving skills.
- Intermediate computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Effective time keeping and organisation skills.
- Pride in your work and presentation.

This is a full time position only.
You must be available to work shifts from:
- Mon - Fri 9:00am to 5:00pm
