This exciting management role is an opportunity to enjoy a mix of driving team performance and executing sales and marketing strategies whilst further developing your teams' commercial skills. Our client is a highly reputable Dental company with a strong product portfolio. Due to continued success of marketed products and ongoing development for a healthy product pipeline they are now seeking a Regional Sales Manager based in Sydney.
As an integral part of the senior team, this dynamic and rewarding role will see you providing strategic direction as well as hands on leadership of a highly skilled commercial team.

The Successful Candidate:
- Ideally possess a minimum of 2 - 3 years sales line management experience within the Dental/devices industry.
- Ideally the candidate would also have experience in strategic account management in a complex environment.
- Must be an inspiring and motivational leader capable of supporting a highly skilled and motivated sales professionals.
- Demonstrated success in leading sales teams to achieving outstanding sales results.
