2019 Senior Anaesthetic Registrar/Fellow

Northern Health provides a diverse range of acute, sub-acute and community health services to the large and diverse population in the regions north of Melbourne.  Our five campuses offer services to a vastly diverse community at all stages of life.

We are currently recruiting for an Anaesthetic Senior Registrar / Fellow who will provide timely assessment and management of patients requiring anaesthesia for surgery or other procedures, as well as resuscitation and pain management as required.  They will also provide a supervisory role for junior medical staff and participate in the education, quality improvement and research activities of the Anaesthetics Department.

This position is full time from 04/02/2019 to 02/02/2020. 6 month positions will be also considered. Please advise in your cover letter if you prefer a 1 year or 6 month position.

Applicants must have at least 3 years of accredited training and able to do moderately complex cases unsupervised.
