The Role:

The position of Team Leader Clinics, is responsible for the overarching supervision of all Specialist Clinics related activity associated with the assigned pods and the associated clinical portfolios. The team will manage all requirements for patients and families from scheduling Specialist Clinics appointments through to discharge. The team will work closely with clinicians within their allocated clinical portfolio to ensure clinics run efficiently. The Team Leader will supervise and provide effective guidance to their team and will be responsible for managing daily task allocations. They will inspire a team environment with a culture of open communication. Setting clear gaols, delegating tasks and setting deadlines as required.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Focus and experience with providing excellence in customer service at all times 
  • Demonstrated proficiency using computer applications, including but not limited to EPIC, IBA, RMS
  • Previous experience working in a busy front line customer service based role 
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
