Orthodontic Dental Receptionist Full Time
Shine Orthodontics is a well-established and respected Orthodontic practice consisting of 4 Orthodontists and support teams that travel between several locations throughout Brisbane. We are seeking a Receptionist/Administrative assistant to be based in our City location who is available on a full time basis. As the Shine Orthodontics team, we ensure that our patients are number one with the expectancy of exceeding their expectations whilst creating sensational smiles
Job Requirements:
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage competing priorities
- Friendly and positive manner with strong interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a large and diverse team
- Customer service skills with a friendly phone manner
- Previous reception or administrative experience
Experience that is highly desirable but not essential:
- Experience in orthodontics and Orthotrac software
- Experience in drafting professional letters
