About the Role
This role will suit an experienced Practice Nurse with PRIME training who displays a caring and flexible approach to patient care. You will enjoy working within a close knit team of healthcare professionals, while health and well being within the local community. As a Practice Nurse your role will cover a wide variety of nursing duties including but not limited to urgent triage, responding to PRIME calls when required, wound care, lab result management and chronic condition management.
The successful candidate will be a Registered Nurse who is:

- Able to develop and maintain positive relationships with our patients
- Strong organisation and time management skills
Skills/Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience working within a primary healthcare environment
- PRIMER trained or a willingness to undertake PRIME training
- MedTech32 knowledge
- A current APC with no restrictions
- Eligibility to work within New Zealand

This role is for 40 hours per week with flexibility required to cover annual leave across the team when necessary. This role will be based in North Canterbury - South Island of New Zealand.
