Vivir Healthcare partner with a number of Aged & Community Care companies, and are currently seeking passionate Registered Nurses to work with clients within the community.
The role will offer variety as you will not be fixed to one location and shifts will vary so you will need to be flexible . You will work closely as part of a team and in addition will need to work autonomously and independently for a majority of the time.
This is a rewarding position, and you will be part of making a difference to the lives of people who would otherwise not be able to live independently in their own homes.

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE YOU MUST HAVE:
RN (Division 1) with a current AHPRA registration
Experienced in Hospital in the Home (HITH)/Emergency/Critical Care or Community Nursing
Current Victorian drivers License and own Vehicle
Excellent client/patient management and clinical skills experience
ABOUT YOU:
Have the ability to provide patient and family education and support
You must have a positive attitude and a caring approach to your clients
You must have empathy and work with integrity and respect
