The Role: 
Outstanding Residence Manager/Director of Nursing (Registered Nurse) opportunity exists for an experienced aged care professional to oversee this lovely aged care residence based in Regional NSW. 

Representing this progressive aged care organisation, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations within this beautiful aged care residence. You will be supported by a diligent on-site clinical team and a supportive executive management team at Head Office. You will report to a very supportive General Manager who assists his staff wherever is needed. This opportunity is paying an excellent salary package with additional benefits & bonuses.

The Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years aged care management experience
  • Previous experience managing large aged care facilities
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Sound financial and budgeting skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in ACFI
  • Demonstrated knowledge of accreditation standards
  • Superior communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Highly organised and an ability to use and set up systems
  • Experience in managing/mentoring care staff and success in managing change.
