Your new company
Our client is a world-leading pharmaceutical company with an exceptional reputation and focus on patient-outcomes. They are looking for a Marketing and Sales Manager start a new business unit and grow the team up to 7 within 18 months. The current and future launch product are in a niche and highly lucrative market where there is the opportunity to be a National leader. A company known for opportunities, this role has the chance to make a huge impact in this niche space.
Your new role
This person would have the opportunity to be involved with the high profile pipeline right from the start, analysing the market data and performance in terms of sales, prescriptions, image, scientific characteristics, marketing and promotional tools. You will be instrumental in creating the 3-5 year business plan; identifying key potential prescribers, recruiting a sales team and building the culture. You have set succession planning into global senior leadership roles and a chance to grow a business unit from scratch.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have strong experience in marketing and preferably sales in the OTC and/or medical marketing industry. A Master’s level; ideally double expertise in science and business degree and experience in diverse operational positions in the pharmaceutical industry. Someone with a commercial acumen who wishes to build a career in an exciting new business unit.
