A key part of the role will be helping guide the strategy, processes and systems of this industry disruptor. Use your extensive experience and sleep knowledge to bring sleep to more people than you ever imagined.

While always working on the bigger picture, you will at least initially, be working one on one with desperate parents to provide a superior level of support via our online customer care platform

Key responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with and helping customers via our online platform in a prompt and concise manner.
• Help refine and further develop the online platform so that it becomes more effective and efficient.
• Be the go to person for the rest of the team when it comes to helping with the more complex sleep cases.

To be considered, you will:

• Have demonstrated a high level experience in working within a sleep consultancy or midwifery related role
• Possess a compassionate and highly professional approach towards working with customers
• Be a proactive self-starter with the ability to work autonomously
• Have a tertiary qualification in Nursing/Psychology/Health/Science (advantageous)
