Excellent opportunity available for an experienced Medical Receptionist/Administrator to work within a professional specialist practice in the Norwest Business Park.
This is to start as soon as possible and will be approximately 2-3 days per week ongoing Temporary Assignment in an job share arrangement.
On a day to day basis your responsibilities will include:
- Answering all incoming calls
- Meeting and greeting patients
- Handling patient enquiries
- Liaising with Hospitals and other Medical Practitioners
- Taking payments and liaising with various health providers and Medicare
- Booking patient appointments
- Database management
- Scanning and filing
- Ensuring a smooth running office at all times
- Providing a high level of Administrative support
To be considered for this role the following skills and experience are required:
- Providing a premium customer service experience at all times
- Proven experience within a busy Medical Reception role
- Professional presentation and communication
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask
- Strong computer skills
- A high level of confidentiality
- Flexibility to cover other shifts as required for holidays or sick relief
- Initiative and high attention to detail
