The Position

We have an exciting full time opportunity for a highly skilled Therapist to join our Applied Neuroplasticity Rehabilitation Teams in the delivery of exceptional individualised quality services and advanced diagnostics.

Positions are currently available at our Canning Vale clinic. With a strong focus on Neurological conditions, your responsibility will be to provide evidence based assessments and treatments, with the ability to refer and discuss cases with other practitioners within this diverse team.

The successful candidate will have:

• Ability to work within and contribute to the Vision and Values of Institute of Functional Neuroscience.
• A passion to help patients achieve their goals.
• Require a passion for learning in an exciting and evolving field.
• Registration with appropriate Professional Board of Australia.
• Registration with AHPRA.
• Registration with Medicare (provider number).
• Hold a current Working with Children Check
• Demonstrated high level of interpersonal skills and an ability to function as a team player.
• Capacity to further develop the clinic and work with the management team to market and promote IFN
• Sound written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated history of practicing empathy in providing quality patient health care.
• Experience in the field of disability or working with young children in educational or therapy based settings.
• Ability to demonstrate an excellent work ethic that includes punctuality, integrity and a commitment to professional practice.
• Demonstrated ability to plan, organise, and provide therapy intervention appropriate to a designated caseload and use clinical problem solving skills.
• Knowledge and understanding of Australia Code of Conduct, Code of Ethics, Competency Standards and Scope of Practice regulations.
• Commitment to the development of the profession and of professional skills.
• Demonstrated ability to operate within set standards and protocols.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well established organisation which has expanded it's services. All training will be provided. A willingness to travel (both nationally and internationally) for training and work related purposes is a requirement of the role.

Availability to work Monday  - Saturday and some evenings is essential.
