We are a global company and are seeking an experienced dynamic and driven Business Manager to lead our team of Sales Representatives and Consultants across NSW/ACT, WA and NZ.
Leading by example your objective to set the sales strategy and drive your business to exceed the company’s sales expectations whilst maintaining costs. It is essential you have prior success leading, coaching & developing and motivating a team within the medical industry. You will maintain excellent relationships with the KOL’s in this business and work collaboratively with your internal team.
Your commercial acumen and knowledge of the healthcare market will be evident at interview, as will your professionalism and highly developed interpersonal skills.
We require someone with strong people management skills to manage the change process and continue promoting a culture of high-performance. Our business is highly tender driven so you need to be familiar with the government tenders and understand how the District Health Boards operate and have the ability to liaise with the key stakeholders on a strategic level.
Essential Criteria includes:
- Results orientation
- Proven success in managing a high-performing sales team with a focus on employee development and coaching and engagement
- Experience developing business in a competitive and tender driven market place
- Experience in achieving sales targets and KPI's through implementing sales strategies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to develop key relationships with your stakeholders
- High level of written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum of 3 years leading a sales team
- Masters Degree or Formal Qualifications in Health Care or associated business discipline
- Strong financial management and analytical skills
- Ability to travel as business needs dictate and a clean driver’s licence
