Key Selection Criteria

- EENS with current AHPRA Registration and at least 6 Months (FT equivalent) experience
- Current First Aid/CPR Certificate and Manual Handling Certificate
-- Strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and oral.
- Well-developed communication, problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Demonstrated ability to document concisely and effectively in resident notes and care plans.
