We have a great opportunity for a motivated and self-driven Training and Development Manager to come and join our team. This role is an exciting opportunity that will see you travel all around Australia as well as New Zealand so it is important that flexibility with travel is required.

About the role:

• Designing and delivering education and training programs
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the products and business objectives to develop and execute continuing education programs
• Work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams in coordinating, executing and developing continuing education for physicians, fellows, and customers through customized education programs.
• Facilitating training of internal sales staff through regular in-house education as well as in-field activity
• Mentor new and junior clinical instructors

Skills and experience required:

• Experience training and presenting to large groups
• Tertiary qualifications in a science, nursing or related discipline (Preferred).
• Ability to pick up and disseminate clinical information with ease.
• Develop effective professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to foster strong relationships with customers.
• Ability to apply the fundamental concepts and practices to conduct needs assessment and design effective training programmes
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
• Proficient computer and software skills to develop presentation materials
• Demonstrated sales results and business acumen.
• Demonstrated commercial and financial analysis ability.
• Flexibility with travel is essential
