Our client is currently seeking a diligent, compassionate and professional Community Support Worker who will work within their aged care community facility based within the Eight Mile Plains area on a casual basis.
 
 
We are looking to recruit a passionate individual who is capable of taking initiative in all tasks, who is supportive to all clientele needs and can become a strong member of their welcoming team.
 
 
This company are a strongly committed team who dedicate their services for the elderly and strive to make that possible for their clients by offering a wide range of in-home aged care assistance.
 
 
Duties Include:

• Personal Care Assistance (e.g. bathing/showering, dressing)
• Mobility assistance (e.g. wheel chairs, lifting)
• Domestic Assistance (e.g. cleaning, food preparations)
• Transport assistance (e.g. social activities, appointments)
• Implement care programs for client within their homes

 
 
The Successful Candidate:

• Reliable
• Diligent, compassionate and friendly
• Passion for Aged Care, Community and Individual Support
• Exceptional interpersonal skills both written and verbal
• Previous experience in a similar role is essential however not preferred
• Own reliable transport
