What You'll Be Doing
Working as a Registered Perioperative Scrub Scout in South Coastal NSW. You will be providing safe clinical services within the theater, emphasising a holistic approach in collaboration with individual/s and a multidisciplinary health care team to achieve quality care outcomes for patients.
 
About You 
Are you a Registered Nurse with at least 5 years’ experience working as a Scrub / Scout, and a current Australian Resident seeking a new and exciting opportunity in stunning South Coastal NSW?

Essential criteria

• Current nursing registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation (AHPRA).
• Minimum 5 years' recent clinical experience working in a Scrub/Scout role.
• Demonstrated application of professional and ethical boundaries to the delivery of patient care in the context of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills within a multidisciplinary team.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously with a multidisciplinary team.
