Tamworth Hospital’s Paediatric ward is a brand new, state of the art facility 18 bed unit caring for babies, children and adolescents.
As a Registered Nurse you will be responsible for providing safe, compassionate person centred care to a wide variety of complex patients. You will be an enthusiastic team player with a passion for excellence, possessing exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and a natural ability to engage and connect with young people and their families.
This opportunity will require you to be orientated and educated to both the paediatric ward and special care nursery, as you rotate between the units. You will be committed to the care of babies, children and adolescents, possess strong problem solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet, react quickly and develop proactive solutions for your patients. You will be driven and enthusiastic, passionate about achieving the best possible outcomes for Paediatric/ Neonatal patients. You will be committed to professional development, seeking to expand and develop your skills, and share your expertise within the team.
