• Part time, 4 days per week

Due to internal promotion,  we have a vacancy for an ACFI Coordinator with the responsibility for:

• ensuring ACFI submissions accurately reflect the care needs of our residents;
• coordinating all activities and documentation related to ACFI;
•  mentoring clinical staff in ACFI processes and documentation.

Key Selection Criteria

• EN/RN qualified with current AHPRA registration
• Demonstrated knowledge & experience in ACFI and contemporary nursing practice
• Well organised and self-directed
• Great interpersonal and customer service skills
• Computer literate including proficiency in ICare, Microsoft Office, internet
