About the Role
Traralgon Aged Care is seeking a self-motivated, professional and friendly person with a great attitude who will be the face of the home and have the ability to work within a proactive team environment. Responsibilities of this dynamic role include, but is not limited to, excellent levels of customer service, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, petty cash management, rostering and basic administration functions.
To be successful in the role, you MUST have:
· Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
· The ability to develop empathetic relationships quickly
· Basic knowledge of accounts and petty cash transactions
· Highly organised and ability to manage time effectively
· Demonstrate intermediate ability to use computer IT systems
· A highly analytical and systematic approach with outstanding attention to detail
· Driver Licence
It is advantageous but not essential for candidates to have:
· Previous Aged Care administration experience in a similar role
· Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration
· Experience in the admissions process and an understanding of the financial aspects of Aged Care admissions
· A background in sales, and or working to KPI's
· Accreditation knowledge in the industry
