Coastal Dental Care Burleigh Waters are seeking an outgoing, enthusiastic team player who enjoys working in the dental industry. The practice offers a comprehensive range of services. As a valued team member, you will be providing a high level of customer service and patient care, assisting the principal dentist.

To be considered for this position you must have excellent communication skills, be reliable, and have a minimum of 2 years experience working in a dental practice.

The position is full time over 4 days, for an immediate start. 

Essential requirements:

• High level of dental knowledge.
• Highly motivated team member.
• Understanding & knowledge of infection control.
• Minimum 2 year of chair-side experience
• Great telephone manner.
• Basic laboratory skills 

The successful applicant will bring to the practice the following attributes:

• An ability to work well within a team environment.
• A compassionate and caring attitude.
• Excellent organisation and time management skills.
• Dental 4 Windows experience is an advantage.
• Holds a current licence and has reliable transport.
• Certificate III in Dental Assisting an advantage

Duties include:

• Chair-side assisting & instrument handling  
• Sterilisation processing
• Following infection control protocols
• Tracking instruments
• Charting
• Some reception duties
