The Role
Dual Registered Midwifes are needed for short and long term contracts across Australia, help bring the next generation of Nurses and Midwifes into the world. You will be providing safe and high-quality obs gyn, pre and post-natal care to including the birthing suite and beyond in a collaborative team environment. Contract length is 4-12 weeks with the possibility of extension.
About You
You will have 3 years’ plus experience as a Dual Registered Midwife with excellent clinical knowledge and understanding of policies and procedures as well as a patient focused work ethic with the ability to be in charge and also occasionally work autonomously
About You
- AHPRA Registered
- 3+ years’ experience Registered Nurse / Registered Midwife experience
- Ability to see mums through pre-natal, delivery, post-natal and beyond
- Degree Qualified Registered Nurse and Registered Midwife (dual registration essential)
- Full working rights for Australia (working holiday visas accepted)
- Experience working in Rural areas is highly desirable but not essential
- Passion for travel and exploring
