We have a very strong team base, and feel it’s the right time to appoint a highly motivated and experienced Practice Manager to help manage our Veterinary practice.  The Practice Manager’s responsibility will be to oversee the effective operations of the practices, this will include:

• Managing the team to ensure our great culture is maintained and the highest standards of patient care are being delivered at every level.
• Working with the directors to develop and implement business plans.
• Providing professional and competent people management support to the team.

  
This is a unique role and we are looking for that special person, who brings the right skills and enthusiasm to the role.
  
Previous practice management skills in a veterinary, medical, dental or allied health clinical environment would see you succeed in this role. Other skills to succeed in the role include:

• Demonstrated strong leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to manage and communicate with clinicians on the business operational requirements.
• Customer focused and can-do attitude.
• Implement pet & client focused marketing campaigns
