Casual Registered Nurse- Ashfield

We have a casual position available at our Opal Cardinal Freeman facility, in Ashfield, NSW. 

You will be required to provide high quality nursing care and support to meet the changing clinical needs of the residents. You will consult with residents and their families, staff, management and other allied health professionals to ensure we provide holistic individualized care.

At Opal Aged care, we pride ourselves on delivering an RN led model of care to our residents who can have complex clinical and behavioral needs.

Successful candidates will have:

• Current Practicing Registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
• Minimum of 1+ years of paid experience as an Registered Nurse in Australia.
• Knowledge of the aged care industry, regulations and funding would be highly regarded.
• Must have the flexibility to work across a 24 hours rotating roster.
• Relevant qualifications in the field of gerontology, dementia or similar would also be an advantage.
• Most important will be your excellent customer service & resident relation skills and your passion for delivering high quality care.
• Must be a citizen or permanent resident of Australia.
