Bodington, Wentworth Falls, is our 120-bed Residential aged care service seeking an enthusiastic, positive and experienced Enrolled Nurse to join our vibrant team on a part time basis.
About the role
You will be responsible for providing a range of general and dementia specific care to our residents as well as specialist guidance to the wider care team. You will promote a physical and psychological environment which optimises freedom of choices, enhances quality of life and maximise safety and security for each resident.
To be successful for the role, you will have:
- Authority to practice as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2) with AHPRA
- Evidence of good communication and organisational skills
- Understanding of continuous quality improvement and accreditation
- A passion for educating and encouraging staff development
