This  leading specialist mental health service provider has been supporting people dealing with the day-to-day impacts of mental illness, as well as their families, friends and carers for over 40 years. They offer a comprehensive range of community and residential services, as well as participating in education, research and advocacy and community development.

The Role
Located in Greensborough, the Centre Manager role will provide daily operational leadership and oversight of a mental health and wellbeing site.  A main focus is the delivery of high quality NDIS and fee for service products. The Centre Manager will lead a multidisciplinary team to implement a local business and operational strategy. You will lead the Complex Care Practitioners in their NDIS delivery, take financial and reporting oversight and manage the fee for service programme.

Key Selection Criteria
We are seeking an experienced leader with an understanding of Mental Health to establish the centre as a high profile, community mental health hub. You will have Management experience and experience leading a multidisciplinary team along with business leadership skills.

You will need to have either a Certificate IV in Mental Health or tertiary qualification in a health discipline.  A current drivers license, a National Police Record check, current  Working with Children Check (Employee) and not listed on the Disability Worker Exclusion Scheme list are a must.
