The Company
Our client is a well-established leader in retirement living and health care. With locations throughout Eastern Australia, this organisation knows the values of respect, dignity and community. All staff are trained in Aged Care, and facilities are staffed 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Single or double rooms, a variety of care types, all modern rooms and amenities with landscaped gardens. On-site chefs and fresh food service team, with allied health professionals on call.
The Opportunity
Your role will be working as a senior nurse under the Facility Manager, to deliver high standards of care to residents and daily administration. You will be participating in case conferences and evaluating care plans, and autonomous leadership is recognised. This role requires roster management, knowledge of treatment plans and ACFI requirements and liaison with allied health professionals. You will be working in a multidisciplinary team and supervising your care team members. Career growth available.
You
- Current AHPRA registration, with 3+ years Aged Care RN experience
- Able to prioritise your work, and manage your team
- Dedicated to the residents under your care and fellow team members
- Firm leadership and management reporting skills
