Homestyle Aged Care Services has been in operation for 28 years.  With 10 high quality homes in Victoria we pride ourselves on providing the best care possible to all residents. We support our residents with a team of dedicated and compassionate aged care professionals who contribute to enhancing the quality of life of each resident in our care. We aim to satisfy the changing needs of an ageing community by focusing on a positive outcome for residents, families, and the Homestyle team supporting them.


Reporting to our Chief Executive Officer, the Group Quality Manager is a critical member of the Homestyle Executive Team, who is responsible for enhancing and maintaining systems that drive continuous improvement and consistency across our 10 facilities.

You will coordinate the audit process, manage accreditation and facilitate continuous improvement for Homestyle as well as maintaining the existing Homestyle reputation, where the quality of resident care is our focus.  

This role would suit an experienced leader, capable of engaging staff to deliver the organisations vision and strategic goals.

You will be based at our Head Office in Bentleigh and will travel to our sites across Melbourne and Geelong as required.

    Skills and requirements for this role:

    • Well-developed multi-site leadership and organisational skills including demonstrated knowledge and experience in the aged care sector;
    • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills and demonstrated ability to effectively consult, prioritise and liaise with internal and external stakeholders;
    • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Aged Care legislation and the fundamental principles underlying Aged Care Accreditation Standards, Quality Improvement, Risk Management and Quality Management Systems;
    • Demonstrated ability to lead quality and improvement projects or functions and show measurable improvement;
    • Completion of the Aged Care Quality Assessor’s Course or equivalent auditor’s course;
    • Qualifications in Health and or Health Administration would be advantageous

     

    A current Victorian drivers licence and Aged Care specific Police Check are required upon commencement.
