Opportunities exist for clinical roles to be tailored to areas of clinical interest for each and every staff member at Steps.
The successful applicant(s) will be expected to:
- Independently manage case load of ABI, TBI, SCI, neuromuscular disorders, and other neurological and vestibular presentations
- work closely with clients, their families, and other community allied health and medical professionals
- implement best practice, evidence based physiotherapy in rooms setting, as well as in client's homes, gyms, local pools and communities
- Confidently participate in goal planning and outcome measurement with all clients, as well as therapy and equipment funding applications where applicable
- Participate in in-house and external professional development
- Prescribe specialised therapy equipment
- Be a current member of the APA

The successful candidate will be stepping into a position with an established caseload. The role will be based at the Mornington clinic 3 days per week, and 2 days per week in Melbourne. The therapist will travel for community visits both on the Mornington Peninsula and in Melbourne. Minimum 2 years post graduate experience required.
