Administration Officer - Relief Clerk Orange Health Service is seeking two permanent part time relievers to join their Administration Team. With a focus on providing exemplary customer service, performing ward clerk and emergency clerk duties, have the ability to multitask and manage competing administrative duties and be willing and available to work rotating 7 days roster The role will also require you to coordinate rosters and manage leave relief where required. What you'll be doing Relief Clerks provide administration relief in many areas at Orange Health Service - Ward clerk, Admissions, Emergency dept, Outpatient Clinics, Health Information, Secretarial positions, Switchboard, Booking Office, entering time sheet, updating roster changes and assisting in general as directed by Administration Manager. Selection Criteria Broad administration experience in a complex organisation and proven ability to work effectively and manage workloads. Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with a wide variety of people, both internal and external stakeholders, both verbally and in writing. Competency in the use of common information and communication technology for example word processing, data entry, emails, internet. Understanding of, and commitment to, providing an excellent customer service and maintaining patient privacy and confidentiality. Ability to learn and perform new tasks quickly, and adapt well to new environments. Demonstrated experience working within a multidisciplinary team environment, undertaking a diverse range of tasks with in a high pressure work environment. Hold a current licence to drive in NSW, with the ability and willingness to work a 24 hour/7 day roster. Need more information?
