What you'll be doing Manage the day to day operational requirements of a clinical team providing Mental Health Drug and Alcohol services to local communities. Skills and Knowledge Relevant tertiary qualifications with current AHPRA registartion, and significant clinical experience providing Mental Health Drug and Alcohol care. Demonstrated experience leading, and developing the capability of, a team whilst always fostering a performance based customer focused work culture. Superior organisational skills and experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with a capacity to prioritise, multi-task, achieve business goals, perform and always work with a customer focused approach. Exemplary interpersonal, negotiation, mediation and problem solving skills, to build and maintain working relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders. Proven capacity to contribute to, and promote, strategic initiatives including the capability to plan, manage change, improve performance and project manage. Need more information?
