An exciting opportunity has become available for a full time and part time Dental Assistant to be a part of our team
This role is both demanding and fulfilling. It requires the right candidate who is able to think on their feet and tackle challenges with a positive attitude and enthusiasm
About the role:
- Liaising and building rapport with patients and families
- Chairside assisting during clinical procedures
- Preparation and sterilisation of instruments
- Dedicated adherence to strict infection control procedures
- Assist with laboratory duties
About the right candidate
- Dental assistant experience
- Certificate III or IV highly regarded
- Previous exposure to orthodontics highly regarded
- Must have a proven track record of passion to deliver exceptional patient care
- Positive and mature minded
- Punctual, hard working with a teamwork mentality
- High level of attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Willingness to work at either Canberra location
- Able to commence training immediately
