The Role:

We are seeking a full-time Administrator to fill a newly funded fixed term role in the unique program. 

The Administrator is responsible for the overall functioning of administrative activities of the statewide Education Outreach program.  The administrator will be based at the Royal Children's Hosptial and travel is not required as part of their role.  However, they will be required to support the manager and education team members who travel frequently for teaching purposes across Victoria. 

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Experience in personal administration / office administration in a similar role (essential)
  • Advanced skills in a range of computer applications, including Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Articulate or similar, Eventbrite or similar, Lime Survey or similar (essential)
  • Program administration skills, including experience in planning, monitoring and evaluation (essential)
  • Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management or equivalent (desirable)
  • Knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Access (desirable)
