The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a suitably qualified Pharmacy Manager to lead the team based at Melbourne IVF. The role is a full time position and is available immediately.

The role requires strong commercial acumen, proven leadership and management skills to lead and develop the team in the provision of contemporary, consistent and cost effective services in an IVF clinic setting.

This role is accountable for:

• Developing and ensuring profitable site operations, in accordance with contractual and legislative requirements and HPS’s strategic objectives and KPIs
• Leading, developing, motivating and mentoring a team of pharmacists and technicians to deliver consistent high quality services
• Maintaining and developing client and key stakeholder relationships
• Undertaking critical business analysis to identify trends and opportunities and resolve issues for the site in a proactive and independent manner

You will possess the following attributes:

• Strong business acumen and commercial focus
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and client management skills
• Proven experience in effectively leading, motivating and developing a team to achieve results
• Analytical thinking, judgement and the ability to develop appropriate solutions
• Hospital pharmacy management experience is highly desirable
• Current AHPRA registration and relevant indemnity insurance
