What You'll Be Doing
Working as a Registered Nurse in South Coastal NSW. You will be providing safe care with an emphasis on a holistic approach through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care in collaboration with individual/s and the multidisciplinary health care team to achieve quality care outcomes for patients and clients.

Essential criteria

• Current nursing registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
• Minimum 5 years' recent clinical experience in Aged Care
• Demonstrated application of professional and ethical boundaries to the delivery of patient care in the context of a multi-disciplinary team
• Demonstrated excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills 
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously with a multidisciplinary team
• Demonstrated capacity to interact with others in a personable and professional manner and personally resolve conflicts when they arise
• Proven ability to manage a busy workload
