Job title - Registered Nurse - Orthopaedic ward
Location - Bundaberg, Queensland
Salary - Up to $83,000 per annum depending on experience + super and penalties
Hours - Full time and part time available

The Position

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurse for our Unit 4 - Orthopaedic Unit. Typical duties of the role include:

  • Delivering exceptional patient care during the patient’s recovery and treatment following their surgical procedure
  • Ensuring patient flow is managed whilst proving high standards of patient care
  • Demonstrating empathy to patients, families and medical consultants

Key Selection Criteria for the position includes:

  • Relevant nursing qualification(s).
  • Current AHPRA Registration.
  • Demonstrated clinical experience, the location knowledge and skills as a Registered Nurse (at least 2 years post graduate experience).
  • Provision of high level patient focused care delivered with empathy and compassion.
  • Demonstrated ability to critically think in a fast - paced environment.
  • Proven ability working collaboratively with in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Proven high-level communication, time management, problem solving and patient care skills.
