We have permanent part-time opportunities available! Successful applicants will have the opportunity to provide consumer directed nursing care to clients, their carers’ and families in the clients’ home in a holistic manner.

They will be supported by a team and other health professionals to provide community based nursing care, assisting clients to experience a greater level of independence and improved quality of life.


What do we need from you?

• Sound generalist nursing skills and a genuine interest in community nursing, aged care, diabetes and wound management
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Highly developed communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
• Experience in acute and aged care is highly desirable
• Must be flexible to cover a variety of shifts including weekends

Qualifications:

• A current registration with AHPRA
• Current and valid police check (valid within the last 3 years)
• Current and valid Australian Drivers licence and access to a car for work purposes
