Purpose of role:

We are seeking an individual who is passionate about the natural health industry coupled with a strong problem-solving attitude to provide high quality technical advice to our consumers. 

Your previous naturopathy experience coupled with your strong customer focused outlook will allow you to hit the ground running. You will utilise your ability to multi-task in a deadline driven environment to provide technical support via phone, email and live chat to all internal and external stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities will include: 

• Understanding the regulatory parameters within which we operate to provide sound technical advice to all consumers within these legal parameters. 
• Manage and resolve incoming customer calls.
• Provide technical telephone, chat and email support for practitioners, sales representatives and consumers.
• Development of technical content in relation to education and marketing material.

To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate: 

• Tertiary qualification in Health Science and/or Naturopathy.
• Experience working within the regulatory parameters of the TGA.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills.

In addition to the above, we welcome qualifications and experience within the Traditional Chinese Medicine Field.
