We are seeking a Practice Manager who is highly motivated, professional, honest and enthusiastic with exceptional customer service skills to join our team.
This key person will be responsible for the customer service, staff management and day to day running of our GP Clinic. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced manager, who is looking for a new, challenging role.

You will be responsible for:
- Day to day operational running of a busy general practice medical centre
- Relationship building with doctors and allied health practitioners
- Leadership, development and performance management of reception and nursing team.
- Staff management including rostering, appraisals and team building
- Maintaining a safe and healthy working environment
- Ensuring the delivery and standard of customer service and the organisation's processes and procedures are maintained at a high level.
To be successful in this role you will possess:
- Management experience, preferably in a busy general practice medical centre or healthcare field
- A positive, organised and pro-active attitude
- Strong leadership, communication, mentoring and motivational skills
- A professional manner and presentation
- The ability to 'think on your feet' and solve problems
