The role
In this dynamic and pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading a team of allied health professionals at a state level including financial management, quality assurance, account management and human resource management through:
- Ensuring achievement of KPIs and state growth targets
- Overseeing business state-based business development through maintaining and procuring customer relationships
- Reinforcing a client-focused culture across all levels of state operational team
What you bring
You are an allied health professional with demonstrated management experience and a passion for exceptional service delivery through your commitment to quality and customer service. You understand the commercial realities of running a business and are committed to providing innovative, tailored services that fit individual business requirements. You are an accountable leader with the ability to manage and support multi-disciplinary staff across varied levels and build customer relationships to ensure state growth.
Essential skills and experience
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Psychology or Rehab Counselling
- Full registration with relevant allied health association or agency
- Demonstrated operational experience in the development and implementation of occupational rehabilitation services
- Five years' experience in occupational rehabilitation
- Five years' experience in a senior management position
- Business development, planning, forecasting and analysis skills
- A passion for health and wellbeing, injury prevention and achieving outcomes
- The ability to manage and work in a team environment and autonomously
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, influencing and time management skills
- Strong stakeholder relationship building experience and skills
- A current Australian driver's licence
