The Role
An opportunity exists for an experienced Speech Pathologist to join the Ramsay Health Plus Allied Health team at John Flynn Private Hospital. The role will include assessment, diagnosis, and management of adult patients with a range of communication and swallowing disorders, as well as contribute to case conferences, family meetings and staff education.
Key Selection Criteria:
- Relevant qualifications in Speech Pathology
- Current registration with the Speech Pathologist Registration Board
- Minimum of 2 years demonstrated experience in conducting assessments
- Demonstrated experience working successfully in a multidisciplinary team
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Commitment to continuous improvement and quality principles
